As we turn the pages to the Fourth Volume, First Issue of PathVarna, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. This issue marks the beginning of a new chapter, led by a dedicated and enthusiastic team that has seamlessly taken over from the exceptional group responsible for the first three volumes. Congratulations to the new editorial team for their hard work and commitment in carrying forward the legacy of Pathvarna!

This issue is especially significant as we bring you insightful interviews with two of our esteemed former KCIAPM Presidents — Dr. Usha Kini, who has recently assumed the prestigious role of President of IAPM, and Dr. Suresh Hanagavadi, who was honored with the Shrestha Divyangjan Award by the President of India. Their journeys are an inspiration to us all, and we are delighted to celebrate their achievements.

Additionally, I extend my heartfelt wishes to our brand-new Executive Committee, Scientific Committee, Social Media Committee, and Residents Committee. Your leadership and dedication will undoubtedly take KCIAPM to greater heights over the next three years.
