Dear Esteemed Members,

It gives me great pleasure to present the latest edition of PathVarna - Volume 4, Issue 1, to be launched on April 13, 2025, in celebration of National Pathology Day. This issue is a testament to the incredible journey of our field, featuring interviews with senior pathologists, thought-provoking articles, insightful poetry, and a comprehensive report on the various activities held throughout the year.

As the Treasurer of the Karnataka Chapter of the Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (KCIAPM), I am proud to witness the continuous growth and progress of our association. The contributions from our members have not only enhanced our field but have also inspired future generations of pathologists. It is heartening to see how the commitment of our senior pathologists is being passed down to the younger generation, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment for all.

In this context, I would like to extend my heartfelt encouragement to the newly elected KCIAPM executive committee. The path ahead is filled with opportunities to strengthen our association, enhance our academic activities, and expand the reach of pathology services.
